A low-lying effect may remain concentrated near the floor, but doors, audience movement, HVAC supply registers, or stage fans can transport it elsewhere. The venue should test the actual machine with the intended fluid and operating cycle. Check sightlines, emergency exits, floor transitions, backstage areas, and detector locations during the test. The responsible venue representative should also confirm how the effect will be stopped and cleared if visibility becomes unacceptable.

DMX does not determine fluid compatibility. The correct choice is the fluid specified by the equipment manufacturer and accepted for the intended theatrical application.
