The venue should review electrical loading, protective earthing, cable management, mounting hardware, access for servicing, ventilation, heat clearance, liquid exposure, and emergency egress before installation. Any overhead unit needs a suitable primary attachment and an appropriately selected secondary safety retention method, installed according to the equipment instructions and local requirements. Do not place equipment where fog fluid, drinks, cleaning chemicals, or condensation can enter the housing. The operator should also assess glare, audience sightlines, moving equipment, and possible interference with fire-safety systems. A qualified installer should verify the mounting structure and electrical arrangement.
