Daily and Weekly Maintenance

Daily checks

• Inspect the power cable and plug for damage before each use.
• Ensure vents are clear and free of dust or obstructions.
• Check fluid level and top up with the manufacturer-recommended haze fluid only.
• Run a short warm-up to confirm steady haze output.

Weekly cleaning

Wipe exterior surfaces with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents. Clean air intakes with a soft brush or compressed air at low pressure to remove dust buildup.

Monthly and Long-term Care

Deep cleaning

Every 1–3 months depending on usage, perform a deeper clean: empty and flush the fluid tank, run a cleaning solution approved by Siterui through the system to dissolve residue, then flush with distilled water. This prevents clogging and preserves pump life.

Fluid management

Only use Siterui-approved or quality haze fluids. Store fluids in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Replace fluid if it appears cloudy or has an off smell.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

No output or weak haze

Confirm fluid level and warm-up time. Clean the heater block and run the cleaning cycle. If issue persists, check pump function and connections.

Leaking or spills

Power off immediately, wipe dry, and inspect seals and tanks. Replace any damaged O-rings or fittings and retest.

Odor or smoke

Unusual smells can indicate burnt fluid or clogged heaters. Stop use and perform a deep clean. If smell continues, contact service.

Storage and Transport

Drain fluids before long-term storage. Store the machine upright in a padded case or original packaging. Keep in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
