1. Machine won’t power on

• Check the power cable and socket. Try another outlet or power cable.
• Verify fuse or circuit breaker—replace with the same rating if blown.
• Look for any visible damage to the power switch or wiring. If present, stop use and contact support.

2. No or low haze output

• Confirm fluid level and make sure you’re using manufacturer-approved haze fluid.
• Allow full warm-up time—most haze machines need 5–15 minutes to reach temperature.
• Run a purge cycle if your model has one, to clear the nozzle and lines.

3. Uneven or sputtering haze

• Clean the nozzle and fluid lines to remove residue or blockages.
• Check for air in the fluid line—re-seat tubing and ensure secure connections.
• Use a filtered fluid and avoid mixing brands.

4. Remote control, DMX, or wireless issues

• Confirm correct DMX address and channel settings.
• Replace remote batteries and check pairing instructions for wireless controllers.
